At Swiss Military, we uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your fashion purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all premium tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Swiss Military account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the items in their original Swiss Military packaging, ensuring all protective layers and authentic brand tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team completes a rigorous quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
